Welcome to apartment C.L (Casa Limoeiro) located in Portimão.
The apartment spacious and super clean and is in a newer building, with private and street parking available and situated in a quiet area with nearby cafe's, restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to one of the most popular and larger beaches of the Algarve region called Praia da Rocha.
You can also enjoy a walk along Portimão's riverside boardwalk where you will find kiosks to book your day tours.
The apartment is set up to ensure you feel like you are at home. You will have access to a completely equipped kitchen where you can choose to make breakfast or a meal when you choose to stay in. But keep in mind that there are several great restaurants where you can enjoy a traditional Portuguese meal.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms; one with an ensuite bathroom and a pullout sofabed making it very comfortable for up to 6 people.
You can also enjoy breakfast in one of the 2 balconies.
Guests will have access to a large living and dining room, one bedroom with ensuite, another bedroom spacious enough for a double and one single bed, a bathroom with tub and a kitchen with access to a varanda.
Sandra and Antonio from Margem Sul Gestão AL our managing company will be your direct contact people for anything you may require from before, during and till the end of your stay. They are available through message or by phone and their contact information will be provided once reservation is complete. Details will be arranged to ensure keys are provided to guests at check-in *** Note for any check in after 9pm (21hrs) a service fee of 20Euros is applied onsite. ***
Also, guests will be asked to complete the Accommodation bulletin form with each of the guest details as required by SEF in Portugal and Sandra or Antonio will ensure that the form is sent in advance to be completed before check-in.
